During the summer CWO Burgess attend an International Air Cadet Exchange (IACE) to Canada. To get a place cadets from Durham Northumberland Wing Air Cadets must not only be nominated by their Commanding Officer but also pass an interview with a panel of Wing staff, including the Wing Commander.
The attached report clearly shows that CWO Burgess had an amazing experience, ”Finally, to all cadets, I highly recommend going for IACE. There are no words I can say that will do this experience justice. However, all I can say is go on it and you’ll find out why everyone enjoys it.”
